Introducing Mark

Mark is committed to a safe and non-judgmental environment where you feel free to talk about what's troubling you. He will respect you and your story with a firm commitment to your safety and the safety of those around you.

His approach is about identifying and building on your existing strengths whilst at the same time providing you with up-to-date knowledge and information about mental health difficulties and best evidence-based strategies for recovery.

Mark’s approach is about supporting you develop the capacities and confidence to continue helping yourself long after your face-to-face meetings end.

Mark has worked in community and forensic settings for more than twenty five years seeing a wide variety of adult and adolescent male clients. He has undertaken reports for a wide variety of audiences including the Adult Parole Board, the Department of Justice, the Family Court, Magistrate’s and Children’s Courts, reports for mediation, and conciliation services, as well as various third party providers.

Mark is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia (PSY0001124961) endorsed in the practice area of Clinical Psychology. He is a member of the Australian Psychological Society since 1999 and a member of the Clinical College of the Australian Psychological Society. He is an Associate Member of the EMDR Association of Australia and member of NTV: The Male Family Violence Prevention Association.
